Native-owned
governance
Camanche's ownership and leadership reflect the communities it serves.
Camanche is a Native-owned commercial fuel supply company delivering gasoline and diesel to community-owned stations across Canada. We pair dependable supply with financing, construction, and a defined ownership pathway for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities.
Camanche begins with dependable gasoline and diesel supply for community-owned stations. Our broader model addresses the capital-access barriers that can keep First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities from developing and owning those commercial assets.
Camanche helps find financing for the project, manages construction, trains the operating team, and franchises the completed station to the partner community.
As the community repays the financing under the terms of the franchise agreement, equity accrues toward full ownership. On repayment, the franchise terms conclude and ownership transfers to the community in full.
The one continuing commercial relationship is a fuel supply agreement, under which Camanche remains the station's commercial fuel supplier at a price guaranteed to stay marginally below wholesale.

Camanche helps find financing for projects that would otherwise face limited commercial lending access.
Construction, regulatory compliance, and staff training are managed directly by Camanche.
The franchise structure is time-bound, concluding in full community ownership on repayment.
Fuel supplied under a long-term agreement, contractually guaranteed to remain marginally below wholesale, both during and after the financing term.
