CAMANCHE / OWNERSHIP MODEL

Supply.
Build.
Own.

Camanche is a Native-owned fuel supply company. Our process pairs dependable gasoline and diesel supply with financing, construction, training, and franchise support on a defined path to community station ownership.

01 / Process

Six steps.
One outcome.

Camanche begins with a long-term fuel supply relationship, then integrates financing support, construction, training, and repayment into a defined path to full community ownership.

01

Fast fuel supply

Camanche helps find financing for the project, addressing the capital access barrier that typically prevents community-led development.

02

Construction

Camanche manages site planning, construction, and regulatory compliance, delivering a completed, operational facility.

03

Franchise agreement

Camanche franchises the completed station to the partner community and delivers operational training to owners, managers, and staff.

04

Operation & repayment

The community operates the station and repays the financing under the terms of the franchise agreement.

05

Ownership transfer

On full repayment, ownership transfers to the community. Franchise fees and royalty obligations end.

06

Ongoing fuel supply

Camanche continues as the station's fuel distributor under a supply agreement, with pricing set relative to wholesale and guaranteed to remain marginally below it.

02 / Frequently asked questions

Clear terms.
Clear answers.

The model is designed to be understood before it is signed. These are the core questions addressed in the ownership structure.

Does the community need to independently secure financing?+

No. Camanche helps find financing for the project as part of the franchise agreement, directly addressing the capital access barrier that Camanche was established to solve.

Who holds ownership of the station, and when?+

The community holds full ownership upon repayment of the financing. Prior to that point, the station operates under a Camanche franchise agreement.

What obligations continue after ownership transfers?+

None, apart from the fuel supply agreement. The community's only continuing commercial obligation is to purchase fuel from Camanche at the contracted wholesale-linked rate.

How is the fuel supply price determined?+

Pricing is set relative to the wholesale fuel price and contractually guaranteed to remain marginally below it for the duration of the agreement.

What does the operational training cover?+

Training covers owner, manager, and staff-level operations, prepared in advance of and during initial station operations.

How does fuel delivery operate on an ongoing basis?+

Camanche functions as the station's commercial fuel supplier, providing scheduled bulk fuel delivery under the terms of the fuel supply agreement.

How does this compare to a standard gas station franchise?+

A standard gas station franchise typically requires the franchisee to independently secure financing, with no defined ownership endpoint. Camanche's model integrates financing support, construction, and training into the franchise term itself, concluding in full ownership on repayment.

Can financing or repayment terms be adjusted?+

Terms are established individually per community agreement. Contact Camanche to discuss specific project parameters.
